BOOKING AND CANCELLATION
POLICY
(Bed and Breakfast)
A
non-refundable deposit of £20
will be required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
This can be done in the form of a personal cheque in pounds sterling
drawn on a UK bank or by travellers cheques in pounds sterling
or by credit card.
Please
remember that a booking is a legally binding contract and in
the event of cancellation we will require a minimum of 7 days’ notice. If less than 7 days’ notice
is given we will charge the outstanding balance for the accommodation
unless the room can be re-let.
In
the event of a no-show without notification, then the whole
amount of the booking becomes due and this will be asked for/charged
to your credit card.
Cash or cheque is the
preferred method of payment of the outstanding balance, however
we will accept payment by credit card but this will incur a 2%
surcharge to offset ever increasing bank charges incurred by
ourselves.

Rosemount and Lansdowne courses taking only five minutes to

HOW
TO REACH US
Take
the A93 from Perth for fifteen miles to Blairgowrie. Carry on into
the centre of town and down to the traffic lights. Turn right at
the traffic lights onto the A923 and follow the road signposted to
Coupar Angus and Dundee for three quarters of a mile and you will
arrive at Heathpark House on your right hand side.

The
area is ideal for angling. Dunkeld provides the perfect setting for birdwatching.
The Cateran Trail, a five night serviced waymarked route, is a firm favourite
with walkers.
Winter sporting activities at Glenshee.
Close to Glamis Castle, the childhood home of the late H.R.H. Queen Elizabeth,
Queen Mother. Visit Scone Palace, Scottish castles and gardens.
