Blairgowrie bed and breakfast Rosemount, Scotland. Accommodation comprises
of three en-suite rooms - two super king size double/twin with en-suite shower,
toilet and wash basin and one king size double ensuite.
All bedrooms are spacious, beautifully decorated and offer a very good level of comfort
with a number of thoughtful touches.

Every room has quality furniture, furnishings, colour TV with Freeview, radio, trouser press and hairdryer.
A hospitality tray is provided with bottled water, a selection of teas, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits.
All rooms centrally heated but for those chillier evenings additional heaters, blankets and hot
water bottles are supplied.
Bedrooms are accessed from a landing housing a large selection of books which guests are
invited to borrow during their stay

Stay in Scotland , Blairgowrie set in the Strathmore Valley at the foot of the bordering Perthshire and the Angus glens in Tayside.
Close to Kirriemuir and Glamis Castle, Scone Palace on route to Royal Deeside. Perfect for Golf - over sixty courses within one hours drive including Rosemount, Alyth, Strathmore, Glenisla, Carnoustie, Dundee, Dunkeld, Kirriemuir, Forfar. Walk The Cateran Trail, Angus Glens, Glen isla, Glen Clova, Glen Prosen.

Disabled vistors
Regrettably we do not have ground floor accommodation for disabled visitors as all our bedrooms are on the
first and second floors.
We reserve the right to accept a minimum two night booking only at certain times of the year

BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
(Bed and Breakfast)  
A non-refundable deposit of £25.00 will be required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
This can be done in the form of a personal cheque in pounds sterling drawn on a UK bank or by travellers cheques in pounds sterling or by credit card.
Please note: a booking is a legally binding contract and in the event of cancellation we will require a minimum of 7 days’ notice.
If less than 7 days’ notice is given we will charge the outstanding balance for the accommodation unless the room can be re-let.
 In the event of a no-show without notification, then the whole amount of the booking becomes due and this will be asked for/charged
to your credit card.
Cash is the preferred method of payment of outstanding balance, however we will accept payment by credit card but this will incur a 2% surcharge to offset ever increasing bank charges incurred.
Garden
Our home is set in two acres of well maintained award winning gardens with a wide array plants and shrubs which are very attractive no matter what time of year.
Private off road parking.
Use of 2 acres of garden with patio, barbeque facilites.
Golf
The Scottish championship courses
Rosemount and Lansdowne Blairgowrie five minutes drive.ourses
including the famous Carnoustie, St.Andrews, Downfield and Gleneagles within one hours drive.
Golf, bird watching, walks,
fishing, angling and horse riding are available.
